Why should I specify an “Appeal”

Why should I specify an “Appeal” in the clients information’ form?

Appeal is used to personalize SMS notifications, as well as when you send a meeting’s data via email. Thus, sent SMS will become more personal, which increases customer loyalty.

If you do not need it, you can disable this option in the Menu / Settings / Notifications / Templates SMS / Use Appeal
